Question 1

How does MotorRank score Saab 9000 deals?

Accepted Answer

MotorRank scores every used Saab 9000 listing on 12 factors: anchor price, retention curve, mileage adjustment, condition, accident history, owner count, usage type, title brand, dealer reputation, feature uplift, fuel economy, and trim profile. The output is a 0–100 deal score plus a verdict from Legendary to Meh.

Question 2

What does a "Legendary" deal mean on a 9000?

Accepted Answer

A Legendary deal means the asking price is more than 30% below MotorRank's estimated fair value for that specific Saab 9000 configuration (year, trim, mileage, condition, history) — roughly the top 1% of listings. Below that the scale is Epic (>10% below), Good (>0% below), Fair (within 5% above), and Meh.

Question 3

How fresh is this 9000 inventory?

Accepted Answer

Inventory refreshes every 30 minutes from auto.dev's national feed of dealer and private-seller listings. The deal scores recalculate on every refresh, so the ranked order reflects today's market.

Question 4

Why are two similar 9000 listings ranked so differently?

Accepted Answer

Two listings with similar price and mileage can rank very differently if one has a clean history (one owner, no accidents) and the other has multiple owners or accident records. Trim, drivetrain, certified pre-owned status, and dealer reputation also feed into the score.

Question 5

Can I see the verdict for a specific 9000 listing?

Accepted Answer

Question 6

Is MotorRank free?

Accepted Answer

Browsing deals, ranks, and per-listing verdicts is free. Premium tiers add saved searches with email alerts, unlimited AI rankings, and bulk listing analysis. See the Pricing page.
