Seller's description

This is a good condition 2003 F-250 Super Duty XLT 4X4 Pickup Truck with 137,300 miles on it. It has the 6.0 Diesel Engine and I have never had any trouble with it. The tires have 8,000 miles on them, and it has recently had new upper and lower ball joints put on it. The batteries were installed in December of 2024, and they are from NAPA. I put in a diesel additive at every half tank of fuel to help keep the fuel injectors nice and clean. The oil has been changed every 5000 miles, and the fuel filters every 10,000 miles by myself and the previous owner. This truck was bought new by the previous owner and he used it on his Colorado ranch near Loveland. The local Loveland Ford Dealer did all the maintenance on it until I bought the truck and brought it to Missouri last year. I picked up where he left off with keeping the fluids changed and running the additives in the tank. Our local mechanic, who is very good, does all my maintenance on it for myself.

Now, the truck has some small dents along with scratches from use, and you will noticed that the bed is scratched up from use by him and myself. However, there are no rust holes nor does the frame have rust holes and I tried to capture that all in the pictures. It is a used truck, and the paint is starting to fade in some places along with the clear coat starting to fail a bit. That's not unusual for 1996 to roughly 2005 Ford trucks. I don't know why. They do it. You are not getting a perfect truck. It's a used truck.

The interior has no stains or rips or tears. The dash is not damaged and all the gauges work. The power windows work and so does the driver power seat. The passenger seat does not have power seats. It is manual. The cruise control and everything else work just fine.

The power mirrors don't work and if you put in a fuse they will work for a while then blow the fuse. I think that they do that because the past owner did not put OEM mirrors when he replaced them, so for some reason they blow the fuse, but I have read that OEM mirrors will fix the problem. It just didn't matter to me once I got the mirrors where I wanted them.

The truck is now on consignment at:

Community Auto Sales

306 S. Suspiciously low miles for the age.
Verify against the title's odometer history (Carfax). Rollback is rare but devastating.
i
Car is 10+ years old — budget for age-related maintenance.
Expect to replace within 2 years: tires, battery, hoses, possibly timing belt, water pump, suspension bushings.
